2 Sisters Food Group in Wales is recruiting an Operational Performance & Resource Manager to lead production planning, hit KPIs and optimise labour, materials and resources for best cost efficiency. You will manage a high-performing team, drive health and safety, quality and traceability, and champion continuous improvement and a right-first-time culture.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience within a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Quality, GMP and Food Safety requirements.
• Effective communication, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills, with good IT and numeracy capability.
• Be able to drive performance improvements

Responsibilities

• Deliver production plans and achieve KPIs including productivity, labour efficiency, yield, waste and customer service.
• Optimise labour, materials and resources to maximise operational performance and minimise cost.
• Monitor, investigate and resolve performance gaps through effective problem-solving and continuous improvement & operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate production, stock and traceability records.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
• Manage attendance, performance and colleague engagement in line with company policies.
