Job summary

ROCKWOOL UK is building a new manufacturing facility in Hams Hall, Birmingham. You will lead a production team and shape day-to-day performance in a safety‑mocused, continuous improvement operation, delivering stone wool solutions that improve safety and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a factory setting.
• Strong understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience applying root-cause analysis to production issues.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily resources to optimise production schedules.
• Monitor equipment operation and TPM within the team.
• Conduct daily factory walks focusing on health, safety, and TPM.
