Prodrive is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in our Newport site. You will drive daily targets, quality and on-time delivery while coordinating across production, procurement and despatch to optimise workflows.

You will demonstrate strong leadership, hands-on problem solving and a commitment to continuous improvement, with experience in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office. This role requires flexibility in daily start times to meet workload demands.

• Experience leading a production/engineering team in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate and support a team of production technicians to meet targets.
• Coordinate activities across production, procurement, stores and despatch.
• Monitor performance and address issues impacting productivity or quality.
• Escalate production matters and work with internal departments to resolve.
• Ensure safe practices and adherence to procedures and standards.
• Conduct daily production reviews and communicate priorities.
• Support training and development of team members.
