Dale Farm is seeking a Production Team Leader to supervise the cheese cutting and packing lines, driving efficiency, quality and safety to meet customer requirements.
You will lead operatives, coordinate with engineering, monitor KPIs and ensure waste is controlled. The role runs Monday to Friday with two-week rotating shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm, with occasional 5am line setups.

As a Production Team Leader you will have responsibility of leading a team of operatives in the production area for the cheese cutting and packing lines to deliver best in class standards and performance in efficiency, output, quality and safety to satisfy and exceed customer requirements.
The shift pattern for this role is a Monday to Friday rotating two-week shift pattern 6:00am-2:00pm / Week 2: 2:00pm-10:00pm. Some flexibility will be required to cover 5am line set ups.
