Dale Farm is a UK dairy farmer co-operative dedicated to quality and sustainability. The Production Operative role supports Grating and Packing facilities, ensuring safe, efficient production of high‑quality cheese products. The position is full-time, based on site with rotating morning/afternoon shifts.
You will follow SOPs, maintain records, and collaborate with teams to meet production targets while complying with safety and quality standards.

As a Production Operative, you will be a key member of the Grating and Packing facilities playing a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient production and packing of quality grated cheese.
This position is 40 hours per week with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday 6.00am-2.00pm/2.00pm-10.00pm (rotating shifts) including bank holidays, as the business requires.
