Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is supporting a bespoke manufacturing client in recruiting a Production Supervisor/Team Lead. The role involves overseeing Workshop, Production and Small Service teams, with strong emphasis on leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing supervision or team leadership experience.

Office based with some Hybrid, Commutable from Evesham, Cheltenham, Ledbury, Cirencester, Churchdown, Gloucester, Kineton and surrounding areas.

Are you a self starting and highly organised Production Supervisor, Production Team Leader or Manufacturing supervisor with a background in any Engineering , Fabrication, Electro-Mechanical Machinery or Servicing sectors, looking to oversee a varied, skilled team of engineers, production operative and quality technicians, where you will receive full industry technical training and the scope to progress your career whilst having a strong impact on this close knit prestigious manufacturer?
