Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Production Supervisor / Team Lead for a site-based role in the Bristol area. The position offers a competitive £15.22 per hour (inclusive of attendance bonus) with leadership training, progression, lean qualifications and industry training, plus an early finish on Fridays and premium overtime opportunities.

Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week with site-based responsibilities and a focus on training and development.

Site Based: Commutable from Weston-super-Mare, Yatton, Clevedon, Bristol and Surrounding Areas

Are you a Production Operator, Team Leader, Shift Leader, Head Operator or similar from any production background, looking for the rare opportunity to be part of the start of an ambitious project within a business who are looking to quadruple their production line whilst receiving excellent training through further courses with a great work-life balance on top of this?

The Role:

• Monday-Friday, Days Based
