Site Based, Commutable from Swindon, Cirencester, Royal Wotton Bassett, Chippenham, Calne and the surrounding areas

The Role:

• Overseeing the Manufacturing, Production and Management teams, whilst improving operational efficiency and processes across the board
• Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to improve operational efficiency across the Engineering functions
• Full industry training and scope for career progression

The Person:

• Previous Production or Manufacturing leadership experience
• Experience Managing, Coaching and leading team managers, team leaders in a production environment
• Experience managing Budgets, Strategies and Team Building
• Commutable from Swindon, Cirencester, Royal Wotton Bassett, Chippenham, Calne and the surrounding areas
