About The Role

Ensure that the entire production process runs in accordance with applicable company procedures and regulations, from initial preparation to packaging, for each production line within the area of responsibility. The goal is to achieve the predetermined production targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Set daily production targets and divide team tasks based on the Work Orders (WO) to ensure tasks are carried out effectively and completed on time, thereby achieving the company's production goals.
2. Ensure that the production targets set by the company are met to support overall operations.
3. Monitor the entire production process and results to ensure product quality and quantity comply with company procedures and regulations, aiming to meet production targets.
4. Control the production area (line, electricity, panels) to maintain safety from disturbances such as water seepage, fire, etc., to optimize production performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Production Supervisor in Furniture Manufacturing.
• Fluent in English.
• Placement: Kendal, Central Java.
