Job summary

Manucomm Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Production Supervisor / Team Leader for a busy food manufacturing site in the Wincanton area, rotating day shift Monday-Friday. Salary up to £36,000.

You will lead a small team of 6 operatives, oversee day-to-day production, drive quality and safety, and maintain accurate production records and reports. This is a key role with excellent development opportunities in a growing business.
