Manucomm Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Production Supervisor for a fast‑growing, BRC‑accredited food manufacturer in Tiverton. You will lead production operations, coordinate schedules, and drive continuous improvement to ensure safety, quality and operational performance.

This full‑time role offers a salary up to £35,000 DOE, Monday–Friday days, and a management bonus scheme. Benefits include free parking, free company products and long‑term career progression within a growing business.

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing, BRC‑accredited food manufacturer looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to join their expanding team in Tiverton.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and seasonal production schedules.
• Lead and support production teams to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and warehouse operations.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance remain the highest priority.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with BRC and company standards.
• Promote effective cross‑departmental communication and teamwork.
• Coach, train, and develop production staff to maximise performance.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

About You

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
• A good understanding of BRC standards and working within an audited manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• A hands‑on management style with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
• Experience of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
