Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is supporting a global manufacturer in Leeds seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee a team of 20-30 staff and manage production schedules in a regulated environment.

You'll lead a high performing, sales-driven production team, focusing on productivity, efficiencies, and timely delivery, with Monday to Friday days and an early finish on Fridays. This is a hands-on role in a busy site.

You’ll be overseeing a team of 20-30 staff and effectively planning the production schedule to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership and be part of a busy, sales driven production team, focusing on productivity and efficiencies.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday days with an early finish Friday

We're keen to speak with experience Production Supervisors with the below skills & experience:

• Technical mindset - ideally from a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical, heavy engineering)
• Proven experience in production leadership role
• Strong communication skills - you know how to manage up and keep everyone in the loop
• A methodical and proactive approach to planning and problem-solving
• Comfortable with data analysis and decision-making based on real-time information

This role would suit candidates who have previously held roles such as Production Team Leader, Shift Manager, Production Supervisor.
