• Coach and support team members to improve performance.
• Monitor attendance, performance and behaviour on shift.

Shift Patterns – AM Shift

Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00
Friday: 06:00 – 14:30

Working hours require flexibility, including starting earlier or finishing later when needed. There is an expectation of future changes to shift patterns, including earlier start times, potentially on a permanent basis.
