Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Production Supervisor in Coventry (CV6). The role runs Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:15, with a £39,500 salary on a permanent full-time basis.

You will oversee production targets, attend meetings, and drive continuous improvement while remaining hands-on when needed. The ideal candidate has prior supervision experience in manufacturing and CNC cell exposure, with strong communication and people management skills.

• Experience running a CNC cell is advantageous.
