Job summary

HRGO Group are recruiting a Production Supervisor for our client in Birkenhead. You will oversee the manufacturing process, lead a team of production workers, monitor schedules and maintain a safe working environment, coordinating with other departments to meet targets and quality standards.

The role is based in Birkenhead, hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with a Temp to Perm contract and pay of £16.50 per hour, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience supervising production teams and coordinating with departments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet targets and quality standards.
• Work in production together as a team with the operatives.
• Train, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve optimal performance.
• Collaborate with H&S to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with quality control, maintenance and logistics to streamline processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with policies.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement productivity initiatives.
