Job summary

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting a Production Supervisor for our client in Birkenhead. You will oversee the manufacturing process, lead a team of production workers and monitor production schedules while maintaining a safe working environment.

You will coordinate with other departments to meet production goals, implement quality control measures and seek to optimise production processes. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm; pay £16.50 per hour, weekly pay.

• Experience in a production environment.

• Ability to lead and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet targets and quality standards.
• Work in production together as a team with the operatives.
• Train, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve optimal performance.
• Work closely with the H&S team to ensure production is undertaken in a safe environment.
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to streamline production processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
