Job summary

Ambitions Personnel is recruiting an experienced Production Supervisor for a fast-paced vegetable production operation in Bilsthorpe. The role is permanent, paying £14.75 per hour, with a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern from 6:30am to 5:30pm and optional Monday-Friday hours (7:00am finish).

You will lead a team, ensure safe, efficient production, and help hit quality, productivity and operational targets in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role.
• Experience in food production/manufacturing/warehouse within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.

Production Supervisor - £14.75 per hour

Location: Bilsthorpe

Pay Rate: £14.75 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Shifts: 4 on / 4 off, 6:30am-5:30pm

Alternative Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-finish

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established and growing vegetable production business based in Bilsthorpe.

This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for a confident and hands-on supervisor who enjoys leading a team and working in a fast-paced production environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring the production operation runs smoothly, safely and efficiently, while supporting your team to achieve quality, productivity and operational targets.

The Role

• Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role
• Experience within food production, manufacturing, warehouse or a similar fast-paced environment
• Confidence managing and motivating a team
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A strong understanding of workplace health & safety
• A hands-on approach to work
