Production Supervisor

Barnsley

£35,000

Monday – Thursday days- with flexibility to work Friday's when needed

Elevation Recruitment are supporting a market leading specialist manufacturer to recruit a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations within their Barnsley-based facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a team to deliver high-quality products on time, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and performance standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:

• Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are achieved
• Monitor KPIs and proactively resolve production issues
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, driving operational excellence
• Identify and implement Lean-based process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cost
• Communicate effectively across departments, escalating potential delays and resolving non-conformities
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and GMP standards

We’re looking for Production Supervisors with the below skills & experience:

• Proven experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong people management skills and a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
