Job summary

10 Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a production team in a fast-paced Bradford site. You will manage a small crew, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and work closely with engineering and management to hit targets.

The role requires previous supervisory experience, strong leadership, and comfort with rotating shifts and a factory environment. Training and progression opportunities are available within this permanent position.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Strong people management skills are essential.
• Health & Safety and Quality awareness are important.
• Experience working in a production/manufacturing setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a production team of 5–8 operatives.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Quality and efficiency.
• Monitor output and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to reduce downtime.
• Ensure production plans and targets are met.
