Job summary

The Sterling Choice is recruiting a Production Shift Manager for a fast-paced food manufacturing site in Lancashire/Greater Manchester. You will lead the shift to deliver the production plan while upholding safety, quality and service standards.

You'll own the shift, coach a frontline team through peak periods, and drive OEE improvements, waste reduction and uptime. Strong collaboration with Engineering and Technical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous production management experience within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to deliver the production plan while upholding safety, quality and service standards.
• Own the shift, coaching the frontline team through peak periods and driving OEE improvements, waste reduction and uptime.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Technical teams to sustain momentum and resolve recurring issues.
