Job Responsibilities

• Leading the daily running of production across a rotating shift pattern (early, day, and late shifts).
• Supervising all aspects of the production process, including EDM (Extraction, Dosing, Mixing), packaging, and warehouse operations.
• Managing, training, and supporting operatives, conducting regular one-to-ones and performance reviews.
• Ensuring all health & safety policies are followed, working proactively with the H&S team to foster a strong safety-first culture.
• Using production systems (XL, SAP) to ensure accurate data capture, stock control, and scheduling.
• Liaising with key stakeholders including QC, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and Distribution to ensure operational flow and problem-solving.
• Taking responsibility for raw material intake and coordinating safe and efficient deliveries.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and ensuring your team have the right tools, knowledge, and support to do their jobs well.
