Job summary

Puratos Buckingham is seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead our Wet and Dry production plants. You will report to the Production Manager and guide two Production Team Leaders, driving safety, quality, service, cost and people development across the site.

The role blends people leadership with operational challenge and continuous improvement, offering opportunities to shape the site’s future growth and impact across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient and compliant production across Wet and Dry plants.
• Achieve production plans while maintaining high quality and service.
• Monitor performance, analyse trends and drive KPIs.
• Manage labour and shift resources for peak performance.
• Provide leadership to two Production Team Leaders and develop talent.
• Support GMP/HACCP compliance and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
