Job summary

Puratos Buckingham is seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead our Wet and Dry production plants. You will report to the Production Manager and oversee two Production Team Leaders, driving safety, quality and cost performance across the site.

The role emphasizes people development, continuous improvement and the ability to balance planning with hands-on leadership. You will collaborate withEngineering, Quality and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable improvements and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading wet and dry production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to coach and develop frontline leaders.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and cost performance with KPI accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient production across Wet and Dry plants.
• Achieve production plans while maintaining quality and service.
• Monitor performance, analyze trends and drive KPIs.
• Manage labour and shift resources to maximise output.
• Lead two Production Team Leaders and develop capabilities.
