Job summary

Puratos is expanding its Buckingham site and building a brand-new operations team. We seek a Senior Production Operator to lead a new line, oversee quality checks and cross-functional collaboration, and mentor colleagues to deliver safe, efficient production.

You will drive continuous improvement, support trials with R&D, and act as the on-floor technical lead. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, share your passion for excellence with Puratos.

Responsibilities

• Lead the line with confidence to meet daily production plans and targets.
• Perform quality checks, CCPs and traceability records.
• Coordinate material and equipment supply to maintain smooth production flow.
• Collaborate with Operators, Shift Managers and R&D to align production and packing.
• Mentor and train new team members; share knowledge and raise standards.
• Act as first-line technical support on the shop floor and escalate as needed.
• Participate in Daily Operations Reviews to drive efficiency and improvements.
