Job summary

Warburtons' Enfield Bakery is seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead day-to-day production, drive safety and quality, and deliver on-time results. You will manage a shift, coach teams and own performance on your area.

With 4 on/4 off rotation, days and nights, and a commitment to Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement, you will inspire colleagues to hit KPIs and grow talent. The role offers a competitive salary (£48k-£52k), full-time permanent status, and benefits as part of the Extra

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and CI methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Proven experience monitoring equipment performance, ensuring compliance and resolving issues quickly.
• Understanding of site-level planning and production flow.
• Willingness to lead, coach and develop teams to hit KPIs and targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the shift team to perform at their best.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma and CI initiatives on shift to reduce waste and deliver improvements.
• Own performance within your area and ensure KPI targets are met and often exceeded.
