Warburtons is seeking an Area Lead at Bakery Wakefield to drive excellence, innovation and efficiency in manufacturing. You will lead a team, oversee daily production activities and train operators, assisting with fault finding and breakdown fixes.

You will champion continuous improvement, coach teams to KPI targets and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This full-time role offers a 4-on/4-off shift pattern in Wakefield.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and CI improvements.
• Monitoring equipment and ensuring compliance; identifying and resolving issues quickly.
• Understanding of site-level planning activity.
• Coaching and developing teams to achieve KPIs and targets, and developing them to be future stars.
