Are you a Production Shift Manager or Team Manager within a manufacturing or production environment, looking for a new opportunity in an FMCG role? Our Tuscany Bakery is currently seeking an Area Lead to join their team!

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies
• Monitoring equipment and ensuring compliance, with quick resolution of issues
• Understanding of site-level planning activities
• Coaching and developing teams to achieve KPIs and targets, fostering future leaders

The Role

We employ around 500 colleagues at Tuscany Park and 70 at our Howden depot, delivering fresh products across the UK. We are committed to growth and innovation.
