Job summary

UNILIN Insulation is seeking a Shift Leader to lead production teams, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of operations against targets. You will drive performance, engage your team, and foster a collaborative, results-focused environment.

You should have at least 3 years in a similar role, a diploma or equivalent, and strong numeracy and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft products and SAP, plus a health and safety qualification (IOSH), are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-years’ experience in a similar position.
• Minimum qualification of a diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent numeric and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft and SAP Software Systems.
• Health & Safety Qualification IOSH or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team to achieve operational objectives, productivity targets and high engagement.
• Promote a health and safety culture in line with Zero Harm vision.
• Drive performance and accountability for quality, output and behaviour.
• Plan resources to meet production and warehouse requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and develop team members and support HR onboarding.
