Job summary

UNILIN Insulation is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all production activities from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed. You will plan schedules, optimize resources, ensure safety, quality and cost effectiveness, and lead a team to achieve KPI targets.

The role requires 2+ years in production management, working knowledge of lean methodologies and ERP systems, and strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Production Manager in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven track record of achieving and sustaining operational KPI targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and optimise production schedules, resources and capacity.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety legislation and company policies.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the production team and manage performance.
• Ensure quality assurance across all products.
