Job summary

IRCA Group is seeking a Production Shift Lead to take full accountability for their production area, ensuring on-time product flow and adherence to customer specifications. You will manage the shift, develop the team, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role operates a 3-shift rotation (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) and requires strong leadership and a safety-first mindset in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a Continuous Improvement qualification and IOSH safety training.
• Experience with HACCP and ILM 3 qualifications.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills on shift.
• Strong data-driven decision making and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production area, ensuring on-time supply to customer specs.
• Lead shift with Operations Manager, managing people and performance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
