Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Edmonton Operations is seeking a Labour Coordinator to lead resource scheduling across production and upstream teams, ensuring delivery of the site production plan.

You will optimise the available labour, manage holidays and TOIL, identify overtime needs and collaborate with BU leads to maintain operating continuity while meeting budget constraints. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily resource schedule to meet production plan requirements.
• Identify and fulfil resource requirements ahead of schedule by reviewing upcoming production plans, holidays and sickness.
• Confirm overtime opportunities and request agency staff as required.
• Conduct regular resource meetings with BU team leads.
• Work with BU leads to ensure resource schedule accuracy.
• Maintain DLM People Plan with staff details, skills verifications, holidays and TOIL.
• Liaise with site trainers to align skills verification with training matrix.
• Run monthly TOIL and holiday entitlement reports and communicate cost reporting.
