Job summary

Coca-Cola European Partners is looking for an Asset Care Planner Coordinator at the Edmonton site. This permanent role focuses on scheduling the Maintenance Plan for assets, implementing SAP PM tasks, and ensuring resources and spares are ready for maintenance activities.

You will work with production planning and team leaders to drive reliable plant performance. We expect strong SAP PM experience, Excel proficiency, and a collaborative approach to improve maintenance plans while managing

Qualifications

Experience with SAP PM including maintenance scheduling and materials management.
Strong maintenance planning and scheduling capabilities with cross-functional collab.
Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Schedule activities of the Maintenance Plan for designated assets to correct frequency.
Implement new or revised maintenance tasks in SAP PM as directed.
Prioritise planned works with production planning and team leaders.
Identify resources and skills required to execute maintenance plans.
Ensure spares are available ahead of planned maintenance.
Audit maintenance quality via Process Confirmations.
Keep maintenance within budget targets and manage defect issues.
Maintain SAP PM housekeeping and close out work orders.
Develop supplier relationships and seek new opportunities when appropriate.
Support coverage of other work areas as needed by the Direct Manager.
