Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for our Edmonton site. You will partner with the Site Director to shape and deliver the People & Culture plan and lead talent, inclusion and employee relations initiatives.

You will influence senior leaders, manage complex people issues, and drive engagement and change across Manufacturing and Distribution. This role is based on site in Edmonton and offers a comprehensive package.

Qualifikationen

• Senior level People & Culture experience or HR business partnering.
• Experience partnering with senior operational leaders and translating priorities into people plans.
• Experience with employee and labour relations, including unions and pay negotiations.
• Experience supporting organisational change and workforce planning in a complex operating environment.
• Track record managing complex people matters with integrity and discretion.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisation and analytical skills.
• A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience preferred.

• Shape and deliver the site's People & Culture plan with the Site Director and leadership team.
• Lead talent and succession planning and early careers activity.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
• Build proactive relationships with union representatives and lead pay negotiations.
• Provide clear guidance on recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary and absence management.
• Lead the site's engagement action plan and associated communications.
