Job summary

CCEP Edmonton Operations is seeking a proactive Labour Coordinator to optimise daily production plans. You will report to Production Managers and lead resource scheduling across production and upstream teams, ensuring full coverage while respecting headcounts and budgets.

You will own validation of the DLM People Plan, coordinate holidays and TOIL, and drive monthly TOIL and holiday entitlements reporting to support site performance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills with data focus.
• Ability to review production plans and manage holidays.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily resource schedule to fulfil production plan requirements.
• Identify resource requirements ahead of schedule from upcoming plans and absences.
• Confirm overtime opportunities and coordinate agency staff as needed.
• Run regular resource meetings with BU team leads.
• Maintain accuracy of the DLM People Plan system (staff details, holidays, TOIL).
• Produce monthly TOIL/hours owed reports and holiday entitlements.
• Deliver financial reporting of labour cost to budget.
