Job summary

Elate Staffing Solutions Ltd. is seeking an organised Operations Scheduler to join a busy production environment. The role involves coordinating stock, scheduling production and ensuring smooth communication between production, warehouse, operations and external suppliers.

You will plan and manage daily production to meet demand, maintain rolling production plans and monitor figures, while liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and keep customers updated.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, stock control or operations.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Confident working with numbers and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, logical and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily production to meet customer demand.
• Manage stock levels, cycle counts and material requirements.
• Process orders and ensure materials are available within supplier lead times.
• Maintain accurate rolling production plans and production records.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to support on-time deliveries.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Monitor production figures and input data into internal systems.
• Deal with invoice and delivery queries.
• Ensure products and services are delivered accurately and on time.
