Job summary

We Prepare Ltd, based in Slough, is seeking a production planning administrator for a full-time fixed-term maternity cover. The role is office-based with no home working. You will plan production, manage Dynamics GP inventory, and coordinate with despatch and management to handle daily operations.

Candidates should have strong MS Office skills and excellent English communication. The position requires attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan production from admin perspective and prepare paperwork.
• Manage inventory in Microsoft Dynamics GP: add/edit products, prices, activate/deactivate.
• Plan daily production by updating recipes and ingredient lists.
• File and maintain delivery notes, sheets and recipes per traceability system.
• Communicate production issues with despatch, production teams and management.
