Joining us as a Production Planning Demand Manager
The Production Planning Demand Manager ensures resolver groups, desk operations, and productivity align with budget and plan, collaborates with internal teams to balance supply and demand for SLA compliance, and oversees scaling assumptions to optimise business performance.
You’ll receive a salary of up to £60,000, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

What you’ll bring to the role
You will be a proven strong strategic leader of people, process and systems with a track record of CRM overhauling and transformation. You'll also have:
• Demand planning and forecast experience to ensure alignment between sales and workforce requirements
•Expertise in supply chain management to coordinate CityFibre operations with partners and customers seamlessly
• Advanced data analysis expertise, skilled in complex queries for informed individual and team decision-making
