Reebok is looking for a Demand Planning Manager responsible for forecasting and managing the demand for products or services within the organization.
This role involves analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to predict future demand, ensuring the supply chain can meet those needs. Responsibilities include optimizing inventory levels, aligning production plans with anticipated demand, and collaborating with various departments to achieve business goals.
Demand Planning Manager - The Role:
Forecasting, Operations & Analysis
- Develop and maintain accurate seasonal and monthly demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales trends, market dynamics, and input from business teams.
- Lead pre-season and in-season forecasting processes to support merchandising, buying, and inventory planning.
- Provide detailed demand insights to support business decisions across product, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Manage inventory levels and allocations, matching demand and supply to mitigate fulfillment risks for clients.
- Liaise with the Sales Operations team to provide timely instructions to warehouses for fulfilling customer orders.
Cross-Regional Collaboration
- Act as the main demand planning liaison between Reebok Europe and RDG in Boston.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance teams to align demand plans with business strategies and seasonal initiatives.
- Ensure timely sharing of forecasts and updates with RDG and global partners to align on supply planning and inventory commitments.
System & Tool Management
- Leverage NuORDER for line planning, assortment visibility, and wholesale partner alignment.
- Utilize Infor Nexus for global supply chain visibility, tracking purchase orders, delivery timelines, and inventory flow.
- Use Styleman for inventory control, free-to-sell stock reports, and margin planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes and system integration across platforms.
Demand Planning Manager - The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, supply chain management, or engineering, with several years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related areas.
- Experience managing teams and a good understanding of inventory management and S&OP processes.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of inventory management and S&OP processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
- Background in sports, fashion, lifestyle, or streetwear brands is preferable.
