Joining us as a Production Planning Demand Manager

The role involves ensuring resolver groups, desk operations, and productivity align with budgets and plans, collaborating with internal teams to balance supply and demand for SLA compliance, and overseeing scaling assumptions to optimize business performance.

You will receive a salary of up to £60,000, a performance bonus, and benefits supporting your wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing scalable plans to meet contractual targets
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align supply with future demand
• Tracking and analyzing performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities
• Ensuring optimal resource deployment
• Managing shrinkage, leakage, overtime, and workforce upskilling
• Using data insights to improve efficiency and processes

Qualifications and Experience

You should be a proven strategic leader with experience in CRM overhaul and transformation, demand planning, forecast management, supply chain management, and advanced data analysis.
