The Role

We’re seeking an immediately available, experienced demand planning leader for an initial 3-month interim role to make an immediate impact. You will lead the Demand Planning team, improve forecast accuracy, and support process enhancements, ensuring our customers receive excellent service. This hands-on, fast-paced role focuses on stabilizing and strengthening demand planning performance. Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading the team through daily operations and change management
2. Supporting S&OP processes
3. Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
4. Providing clear, actionable insights through concise reporting

The Candidate

You should be a confident, capable people manager who can lead from day one. You’ll excel in stakeholder engagement, have proven experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, and S&OP, and a track record of delivering results quickly in interim or turnaround roles. Strong analytical skills, the ability to simplify complex data, and a solutions-oriented, hands-on approach are essential.
