Job description

Role: Production Planner/Operational support

Hours: 08:00am 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Location: Office/Factory Based in Peterborough.

You must have the right to work in the UK.

Job Description

  • Liaise with clients to determine accurate construction programmes.
  • Consult with in house design/technical team to determine final drawing/pre manufacture approvals.
  • Liaise with operational team to determine forward workload for any fabrication relating to site based or bespoke works.
  • Prepare and manage overall production programme and identify any foreseeable production peaks and troughs.
  • Work closely with production management to ensure production is planned and managed as efficiently as possible.
  • Raise NCR’s and report any issues to the senior management team.
  • Assist the operational team as and when requested with items such as procurement, compliance monitoring and site visits etc

Desired Skills

  • Confident with IT and use of Microsoft programmes, Excel in particular.
  • Confident and articulate when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritise and plan effectively.
  • Self-starter & works well in a team.
