Siemens Healthineers is recruiting a Customer Services and Production Planner to manage logistics planning for the delivery of isotopes from our radiopharmaceutical production facilities in London and Nottingham. The role involves optimizing production capabilities and ensuring the timely delivery of vital radiopharmaceuticals, as well as managing communications with customers.

Your role:

• Receive, acknowledge, and process customer orders.
• Utilize production planning software to optimize batch production across two sites for multiple products based on customer requirements.
• Plan logistics by identifying and ordering courier services for radiopharmaceutical deliveries.
• Liaise with customers about potential production issues and delays.
• Maintain up-to-date customer licensing details within the planning software.
• Address customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information.
• Communicate with customers regarding supply issues, delays, ETAs, or production problems.
• Maintain customer contact lists in Outlook.
• Collaborate with departments such as Quality Assurance and Sales to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service quality.

Your expertise:

• Experience in customer service and/or scheduling.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information:

Working pattern: 2-week shift rota: 7 am – 3 pm for Customer Service; 12 pm – 8 pm for Production Planning.
