Job summary

The Dawn Meats Group, operating as Dunbia in the UK, is seeking a Commercial Administrator to plan factory production aligned with customer requirements, profitability and operational capability. You will gain broad exposure to primal butchery specs, yields, packaging and food safety through to transport post production.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Producing the site's daily production plan
• Planning and forecasting to hit daily, weekly and monthly production targets
• Managing and controlling stock
• Communicating with commercial, operations, planning, transport and technical at site level, the wider group and externally
• General office administration - order entry, stock releases etc
• Further responsibilities and tasks will be available as you progress.
