• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes including lairage, abattoir, quartering, de-boning, trimming, processing, packing, storage, and distribution of meat products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategic resource plans to optimise efficiency.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve yield, quality and cost efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
