Job summary

Dunbia in the UK, part of the Dawn Meats Group, is seeking a Commercial Administrator to create production plans aligned with customer needs, profitability and capability. You will learn the end-to-end production process from primal butchery specs to packaging and transport while reporting to the Commercial Department in a food factory setting.

Typical hours are 8:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with communication across site teams including commercial, operations, planning, transport and technical.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning is desirable but training will be provided.
• Willing to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Flexible and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to represent the site professionally.

Responsibilities

• Producing the site's daily production plan
• Planning and forecasting to hit daily, weekly and monthly production targets
• Managing and controlling stock
• Communicating with commercial, operations, planning, transport and technical teams at site and group level
• General office administration – order entry, stock releases etc
• Additional responsibilities as you progress
