Job summary

Dunbia UK is seeking a Production Manager for Cardington to lead a fast-moving meat processing operation, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety across all production stages, from lairage to dispatch.

You will manage a skilled team, implement strategic resource planning, drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency, monitor compliance with food safety standards, and foster a culture of safety and high performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, preferably meat processing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
