Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand
• Coordinating with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitoring inventory levels and making recommendations on stock and resources
• Raising purchase orders via MRP systems, balancing cost control with inventory needs
• Reporting on production performance, KPIs, and resource utilisation
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and reduce waste

Requirements

• Previous experience in production planning or related role
• Understanding of production processes and continuous improvement principles
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control
• Ideally a Level 3 qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Admin or similar
• Experience with MRP software
