Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Production Shift Manager for our Bondgate site in the United Kingdom. You will drive operational performance, lead daily reviews, and work with planning and engineering to meet site targets, while building a culture of continuous improvement.

You will manage budgets and resources, develop Supervisors, and ensure audit-ready standards across GMP, Health & Safety, and quality. Strong IT skills and knowledge of food industry standards are essential, as is excellent

Qualifications

• Solid FMCG manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading a small team in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record of hitting targets and driving performance improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Confident IT skills and knowledge of food industry quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance by leading daily reviews and adhering to production plans.
• Manage budgets and resources through labour, overtime and capex control.
• Lead and develop Supervisors; build succession plans and complete appraisals.
• Maintain audit-ready standards: GMP, Health & Safety, equipment care, Right First Time quality.
• Use data to improve performance by analyzing KPIs and delivering CI projects.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with FLMs, Shift Management and central planning.
