Job summary
Refresco is seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead a major FMCG site, driving operational performance and supervising a team to meet production targets. You will optimise resources, manage budgets and ensure audit-ready standards while collaborating with planning and engineering to deliver the plan.

Qualifications
- Solid FMCG manufacturing experience.
- Proven track record of leading a small team in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong ability to hit targets and drive performance improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational performance by leading daily reviews and aligning with production plans.
- Manage budgets and resources by controlling labour, overtime and capex to deliver the plan.
- Lead and develop Supervisors, build succession plans and ensure up-to-date training.
- Maintain audit-ready standards including GMP, Health & Safety, equipment care and Right First Time quality.
- Use data to improve performance by collecting, analysing and presenting KPIs such as OEE and scrap.
- Collaborate with FLMs, Shift Management and central planning to ensure consistency and weekly planning.
