PS LTD is seeking reliable Production Operatives to join our growing manufacturing client. This hands-on role involves operating machinery and heavy lifting in a dusty, outdoor, and noisy environment.

The position requires a valid FLT Counterbalance license and the ability to lift heavy materials. Hours are rotating; flexibility and a team-oriented approach are essential.

Job description:

PS LTD are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our growing manufacturing client.

This is a hands-on role that involves operating machinery, moving heavy materials, and working efficiently in a fast-paced, dusty, outdoor and noisy environment. If you have experience in a similar manufacturing role and hold a valid FLT (Counterbalance) license, we want to hear from you.

MUST BE HAPPY WITH HEAVY LIFTING

Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm-6am ROTATING

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour basic / Overtime - 1.5x

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually loading and unloading materials on to the machine.
• Handle and transport heavy materials and products across the production area.
• Ensure materials are loaded and unloaded efficiently using FLT Counterbalance.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high manufacturing standards.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
• Maintain productivity in a dusty, outdoor and noisy working environment.
• Keep the work area clean and organised.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Valid FLT Counterbalance license is essential.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a dusty, outdoor and noisy environment.
